Very nice hotel. Strategic location. Located in a shopping center. Below it is a mall that sells cheap goods/souvenirs. However, the surrounding roads are congested.

The hotel area is full of food, access to Big C, Central World, Platinum and Pratunam market is just walking distance. Next to the hotel there is 7eleven and mc donald. In front of the hotel there is nasi hainam which is open until dawn.

I really enjoyed my 4 days stay at this hotel. Very close and connected to the shopping center. The staffs are friendly and very helpful to fulfill all our needs during our stay. All services are excellent, only the WiFi network is not working properly. Breakfast is quite complete and delicious. The swimming pool is functioning well, very nice.

Location strategies at Pratunam City in Bangkok.

The AC is not cool and there are plenty of cracks in the room. And the reception is not answering the phone (not even 9 o'clock in the evening).

Great place to stay, near shopping district area
