cheap but not too cheap, the Mulu Sawang room is like an empty house, the bathroom is like a public bathroom, it smells really bad, there are so many cigarette butts on the table that they don't throw them away. How do you feel? The ones that are there are okay😂

I decided not to stay when I saw the room, oh my gosh, it was dirty, dusty, and smelly. No need to ask about the sheets. I know it's cheap, at least it's not dusty. My suggestion is to tidy it up and raise the price, people will definitely want to stay. Luckily there's a hotel so I can move in. It's okay to lose out rather than sleeping in a cage.

Not recommended to stay here. Dark lights, dirty, toilet shower is broken. Like the room is not maintained.

I'm confused, why the rating can be good. There are no towels, soap, toothbrushes. Dirty mattresses. Spider webs hanging everywhere. Very special, huh. Cheap prices don't mean renting out a warehouse for a place to stay.

It was beyond bad. I used to stay here until covid came, often up to 3-5 nights. This time, the room was dirty, AC didnot work (had to sleep with open window and terrace door, got mosquitos flew in), TV doesn't work, no connection cable, no internet (there was no wifi transmitter in the corridor, only the cable), non-smoking room but cigarette marks and ashes everywhere, the bed was not made, no amenities in the bathroom (there was a bar of soap, but probably from whoever stayed before). The most amazing, the no service, the person who took care the room always says no, don't have, don't know, etc. He seems intentionally making me want to leave and go to other place. Parking is expensive.

I had a hard time getting a room, I had to argue with the receptionist first. Even though the payment and booking were successful. Please follow up on things like this. So that all customers feel comfortable and of course satisfied.

AC is not cold, linen is dirty. There are no facilities in the room. Just a bed only.

Hot water doesn't come out, water comes out a little, room conditions are dirty, lots of long hair, sheets have lots of stains.

There is no mineral water, 2 people have cheek in towels, only one is crumpled, no proper shampoo or soap. Different rooms are not like the photos. But yeah, it's okay 😂.

Kamar kotor sekalii sampe berdebu. Seperti gak pernah dibersihkan. Sprei kotor penuh dengan bercak-bercak. 3 lampu mati. 1 lampu depan pintu (minta diganti), lampu tidur 2 tidak ada stok (tetap mati). Pesannya double bed, dikasihnya twin bed tanpa ada konfirmasi.

The service was not good, even though I requested toiletry equipment for 2 people but only 1 was given and then I asked again, he said only 1 was provided, even though 2 star hotels were given. Then for the cleanliness of the room, it was lacking, especially the bathroom was slippery and the sink smelled bad. Maybe it needs to be tidied up again.
