Convenient to Heathrow

Clean and comfortable, great place to stay close to Heathrow.

Room and breakfast very good but the communal areas let this place down somewhat. When we arrived at 4 ish, the area had not been cleaned since breakfast. In the outside

Ideal for staying close to the airport and great kitchenette facilities in room.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay really enjoyable for one after spending 32hrs stuck in Lisbon, Portugal due Global Power Outage. Wishing we could’ve afforded to spend more time here in London.

Stayed for one night before flying, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the check in was smooth. The restaurant next door at the Holiday inn was fine but quite expensive for what it is. The breakfast was great and had everything you could want before a long travel day. Room was very spacious with everything you expect, including a large comfortable bed. Would stay again

Recommend to stay here. Very close to airport, bus stop is directly across the street. Only complaint is they wanted to charge me to use the empty, unbooked business room;never experienced that before.

Excellent hotel, not much in the area

It was very nice, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I found this property very easy to accommodate a break between flights at Heathrow. I was close to the airport but it was quiet with many in room facilities for comfort. The dining on site was tasty and generous portions to keep you feeling satisfied with time changes. Service was good and it had a full breakfast option with accommodation for food allergies. Will stay there again.

Lovely aparthotel with good breakfast and even a happy/social hour in the evenings. Rooms are comfy, clean, and have everything you need. Parking was tricky and the carpark was completely full after 6pm, but we managed to sort it.

The room was great, good size. The service could have been better as they seemed short staffed, but perhaps that was because it was a bank holiday. When I checked in I was on my own with my 1 year old and luggage plus pram and car seat. It was clear that I couldn’t manage it all and when I asked for help I was pointed to a huge trolley that I thought only staff use. So I had to carry my daughter in my arms while struggling to push this huge trolley and no one offered to help. I would say that is quite poor service for a hotel. Other than that it was a good stay.

Near airport, convenient but beds were really uncomfortable. Very hard and unforgiving. Parking space limited.

Really lovely hotel very convenient for a flight from Heathrow. Modern and welcoming. There’s a really lovely touch on a Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday of a social hour where there’s complementary nibbles and wine. Hotel staff were very attentive. Sandra and the team at breakfast went above and beyond.

The staff was courteous and the room, evening snack and breakfast represented good value. Only issues were that the room safe did not work and the television had to be reconnected. We were staying overnight before a transatlantic flight, and found the stay enjoyable.

Loved breakfast options

Probably the best stay ever, the staff were great, clean room and very good space in the room. My only issue was the breakfast, hoped that it would be better.. But this place is terrific, highly recommended.

Close to the airport and enjoyed the food at the restaurant next door (holiday inn). Free breakfast was good.
