Great location. Comfortable, clean and good fit out.

Would stay here again! It is a very spacious apartment, with everything you could need for your stay. It has a hair dryer, washer, extra linens, extra towels, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, table, microwave, and windows that open to the water. Martina met us at the ferry landing close by and took her time showing us around the apartment and giving us recommendations for things to do. This apartment is in a great location, walkable to everything around including museums, shopping, cafes, and great dinner restaurants. We did the Murano glass tour recommended by Martina, and it was the highlight of our Venice stay.

Really well equipped apartment! Nothing extra I needed. Communication was fantastic with WhatsApp assistance including bud and water taxi advice. Only downside I would say is the bed was very squeaky and mattress very hard and quite uncomfortable. I would definitely stay again next time I am in Venice but please address the bed/mattress issue!

Great location and very nice apartment which is very central. Very easy to walk to different location and even received recommendations from the owner of the apartment of where to go. Loved our stay here.
