Really bad service here. If there is a chance, people should stay in another place, it will be better, the receptionist talks, it is difficult to hear how to put the rent in, but do not ask. I came here to travel with a local friend who led me to this place to stay, my friend stayed and played with me, but didn't sleep over and talked to the owner very politely but the owner kept asking for surcharges. While staying, we intentionally cut off the power, cut off the water, meant to chase away guests, it was too heavy to ask us to move to another place.

The hotel is clean and enthusiastic

Booking is prepaid, but upon arrival, the hotel will change room for a smaller room. Make a fuss with the new manager who received the reservation. The toilet light is broken, I stayed for 3 nights but didn't fix it, use the rechargeable light temporarily. Do not clean the room. Towels must be dried in the yard to get, not give to guests.

Room with smart design. Although small but very comfortable. Room 4 people but we still have extra beds. The owner is very enthusiastic to book a car for the early morning. Make an appointment to return to Phu Quoc
