It is not helpful for the hotel service, not any help from reception for the customer who paid all the money.

Full Review June 22nd to June 30th, 2026: The staff is super friendly, the place is comfortable, on the side of the road. Lots of foreigners passing by. If you want to go to the minimarket, culinary, and shopping places, it's really easy, just walk. There is a chicken noodle seller to the right of the hostel, cheap and delicious, only Rp10,000 is enough to fill you up. To the left of the minimarket and down a little alley, there is a pecel chicken seller but you have to go early, never get a share, it sells out quickly, so I don't know the taste. And my impression of the Hostel, I happened to book for 3 people, so I took 1 bed for 2 people (1 room with 4 bunk beds) the app price when I bought it was Rp108,000 and 1 bed for 1 person (1 room with 12 bunk beds) Rp52,000. There is also a room with 6 beds for around Rp62,000. Anyway, it's really cheap for high season prices during school holidays (but it sells out fast, so you have to book well in advance) and there are also private rooms with 1 King bed for around Rp170,000. Remember!!!!! The price is per bed, not per room (except for the private room). The bathroom is clean, there is always liquid soap + shampoo + towels in the toilet. There is also an outside bathroom. There is a locker + key. During my 8-day stay here, the room was swept and mopped every day. The AC is cold. Free WIFI. And please note, because it's a group, don't be surprised, a girl and a boy might be in 1 room, so don't change clothes carelessly in the room. It's not allowed, okay.... because there is CCTV in the room too. What's more, you can cook and borrow cutlery. There is laundry per kilo for Rp15,000. Motorbike rental is quite cheap compared to the surrounding areas, for small motorbikes (Scoopy/Vario) per day Rp75,000, for big ones/NMax it's probably around Rp120,000. Strategic location. But don't use Transdewa public transportation (you have to go to Central Kuta first from the hostel by GoRide/Grab for around Rp20,000-25,000, GoCar/GrabCar for around Rp35,000-40,000). If you're staying long enough, it's better to just rent a motorbike, it's convenient to go everywhere nearby, to Kuta, to Jimbaran, to Canggu. Overall, it's recommended. I'll stay here again if I go to Bali. I already know the roads. Hehe. Don't hesitate and don't worry. Okay. Have a nice stay 😉

The room was clean, but the terrace was used by a neighbor who slept in a bunk bed, so it was less spacious.

The staff were friendly, and the room was nice and clean. It’s a good place to stay for solo travelers—only 7 minutes to reach my work by bike, and it’s very easy to find a driver. The local food was also good and cheap. I stayed for 18 days and felt comfortable. The only thing to note is that the dormitory rooms are mixed (male and female), so if you’re okay with that, this hostel can be a nice choice for you.

Worth the price, I used the 6 bunk bed dormitory, the mattress was clean and fragrant, the bathroom was clean, there is laundry too for 20 thousand/kg, there is a lounge, kitchen (with microwave and stove), lockers, and water dispenser, for Muslims maybe there is not enough space for praying but the rest is okay
