The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions or problems. The room and bathroom were clean, too. There was also a water bottle near the entrance, and I happened to book the Earth Double, so I was provided with two towels. The hotel's atmosphere, both inside and outside, was calm and cool, making it perfect for my introverted self, haha.

I ordered an earth double when staying here. The room was clean. It was a bit hot at first, then the AC was turned on for a long time, so it was cold. The staff was friendly and helpful when there was a request. The room was clean, the bathroom was also clean. It was just yesterday. The price was very cheap, suitable for those who are traveling but on a low budget. The atmosphere around was also cool and not noisy.

Booked 1 night in a King Bed room + breakfast. The room was comfortable and the price was really good for a capsule hotel. The check-in process was digital, had to download the app first and register, but it was quite easy. I was just wondering, "do I have to bring my cellphone to the bathroom?" because the room access is on the app.... But overall it was really good for my first experience at bobopod. For the location, it was close to all the areas I needed to visit at that time and the parking lot was quite spacious

Bobobox terburuk sejauh ini. Manajemen berantakan. Pod dengan AC ga berfungsi tapi malah dijual. Ya kali tidur pengap-pengapan di pod sekecil itu gak pakai AC. Disuruh nunggu kejelasan petugas front office dari pertama kali komplen (sekitar jam 16.30) sampai jam 22.00, tetap tidak ada solusi. Akhirnya memutuskan untuk pindah hotel. Apes banget. Baca review ternyata banyak komplen yang serupa. Gak heran sih.

Pillowcases and blankets were dirty. Sorry. Maybe it can be improved. My standard on bobobox dago, I thought it was the same, it turned out to be much different . The air conditioner is not cold, the bathroom is a bit cramped unlike in Dago.
