Three adults, 2 bedrooms, two bath (one on suite), immensely comfortable beds. Lounge and beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Spotless. Fantastic value. Staff are just fabulous, kind and friendly. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Near to absolutely everything central Newcastle. Will 100% stay again.

Nice propery in a great location, close to china town, the football stadium and city center. Great space at a very resonable price. A little noisey at bedtime as close to a local pub, but quiets down after that. We would stay here again

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights unexpectedly as we had to temporarily move out of our apartment. I didn’t expect much but was pleasantly surprised - it’s great! The apartments are spacious, clean, comfortable and provisioned with everything we could think of needing. Staff were excellent - friendly, flexible and helpful. The property’s location is also ideal - just minutes walk from pretty much anything in Newcastle - and in particular nestled in the pink lane area which features some quirky cafes, pubs and restaurants- and of course the central station is 3 mins away. Only downside was there was some renovations ongoing on the exterior which were a bit noisy during the day - but this is temporary. Fully recommended.

The corridor walls where being painted whilst we were opening the door to our accommodation. We were notified well before we arrived that work was taking place on the outside of the building, and could cancel our booking if we wanted.

The lift light didn't work and the windows were very dirty due to recladding work but it was very smart, comfortable and well equipped. I did notice a few battle scars in the apartment such as burn rings on the counter tops and table, as well as a repaired tear on the sofa. I felt slightly uncomfortable without coasters to put on the coffee table under my hot mug but maybe I didn't find them. Fantastically handy for the Tyne Theatre!

Unfortunately there was scaffolding all over the front of the building (which we were made aware of) so no view! Lots of space which was great but the living room needs updating (cigarette burns on the couches) and it smelled of smoking even though is was a non smoking room. The location was good, just a 5 minute walk from the main station.

Our 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious. The interior has a bit of tear and wear and lighting was a bit dim. But overall we are happy with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment and the friendly and helpful staff.

Central location exterior of the building under construction which we were advised of the day before arriving. Great staff very friendly, good alternative to eating out every night. Has everything you need to stay in. The interiors are a bit worn and it is a bit noisy but to be expected given the location.

Great location and close to sites to visit in Newcastle, Rooms are a good size and kitchen is very well setup up with teas, coffees and kitchen equipment. Our only disappoint was the lack of lighting in the kitchen, was always quite dark.

Central location, spacious apartment, nice and quiet, although in the town centre. Ideal for shopping trip. Comfortable beds and living area. Parking available at reasonable charge. Reception very helpful. Would recommend these apartments.

From booking to checking out everything was perfect. I had communication with Joanne and Annette They were both helpful. The apartment itself was spotless and Huge. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment free of charge, wasn't needed but a nice touch. Meant I could have my morning dump in 1 bathroom whilst the wife put her face on in the other bathroom. 1 note for other guests, don't take the door key out of yourpocket as getting out of the lift. I managed to drop mine down the gap between the floor and the lift and all the way down the lift shaft, mny bad. I was informed by the chap I'd probably have to pay for a new key but thankfully they managed to retrieve it. Overall a great stay and already booked another couple of nights.

Fabulous stay. The staff at Premier Suites offer a warm welcome and are very helpful. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything needed for a long or short stay. I was particularly impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was because as well as the basics crockery and cutlery etc, there were baking trays, whisks, grater and all manner of things that enabled me to cook a Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I will stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Perfect location, central and just a short walk from the railway station. We have stayed here twice, during the week and at the weekend. It can get noisy outside on Friday/Saturday nights, but this is Newcastle city centre and to be expected. An apartment is home from home, better than just a room in a hotel, so much more freedom.
