I love the staff, the hotel was awesome!! Although the pool was closed , the staff informed us immediately and offer other options!! I love have attentive they were! Definitely would like to visit again!! It was for my daughters 12th birthday!!

Decent, but just kind of dated and dark.

Our bed was low to the ground. Lighting in bathroom dim. No trash can in bathroom.

Excellent location, attentive staff, decent room, fast valet.

The room is very well equipped, the bed is fine and comfy. The kitchen has enough material to cook decently. The only downside was the cleaning service that ranged from excellent to very average depending on the days.

This property was clean right in the middle of downtown. I’d stay there again.

I liked it was walking distance to convention center. Very busy street. Young adult seem to be attracted to the hotel on weekends.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. But, PARKING is a terrible issue.

Overall, it was a nice property, however, the pool amenity was not available as it was going under renovation.
