Honestly, I don't want to put people down, but this is one of my experiences that was very surprising regarding the cleanliness. It was a real shame, there was mold, moss, etc. which in my opinion is not up to the standard of a homestay like that. I hope that in the future the cleanliness will be improved or improvements will be made.

From the time I checked in in the afternoon until the morning the bathroom water was dead, if only a small stream was on, I couldn't take a shower at all. Imagine if you want to defecate but there is no water. Not being able to shower at night may be a little tolerable, but until 7.40am not being able to shower is quite excessive. Moreover, they had been complaining since early in the morning because they had work at 8 o'clock. One of the staff also didn't deliver well. It's true that no one expects there will be a dead water flow, but hopefully this can be a lesson for all parties.

The place is comfortable, nice and quite clean, close if you want to go to the shopping center, watch cinema in Medan city, but if the inn is full the parking lot is a bit small but you can still park in the field near the inn.
