The hotel staff are all very friendly, but please improve the room facilities, the cupboard is broken, the sheets and bedcover are dirty, the toilet can't be flashed, for the hotel environment, it's still okay, it's clean and unique. I spent 3 days traveling around Cianjur to explore the hotels here, but this is the only one that doesn't have a smart TV, please upgrade the room facilities again, and for the towels that are already stained, I suggest not to use them for guests anymore😊🙏

As for the room, it's nice and clean. There were only 2 problems, when the bathroom was opened there were cockroaches running around. I'm sorry, but the price is under 500 thousand. But regarding cleanliness, it doesn't look at the price range. Then there is the problem of the water often turning off and becoming an obstacle when bathing. While taking a soapy shower, suddenly the water turned off. All the results from bathing used 2 bottles of 600ml water which were supposed to be used for drinking and the water turned off in the bathroom. Not just once but twice. Here, please, the room is nice and comfortable. But please provide bathroom water facilities. Even though it's small, it's at least good for washing your body after a long trip :(.

Honestly the hotel is good, it's just a shame that the sheets don't look like they haven't been replaced for a long time and there are cockroaches in the bathroom :( the rest is good, the receptionist and security guard are very friendly. The food is also delicious.

Saat masuk kamar, lantai terasa lengket sepertinya kurang bersih sehingga minta dipel ulang. AC kurang dingin. Sebenarnya kamarnya luas, lengkap dg teko pemanas air dengan teh, kopi, 2 botol air mineral, hair dryer, hanya saja kurang terawat. Seperti di toilet dinding-dinding kotor juga lantainya, sprei selimut kumal juga tidak harum, handukpun kumal dan kurang pengharum ruang. Memaklumi, mungkin karena dampak pandemi covid. Sehingga banyak biaya yang harus ditekan. Semoga pandemi segera berakhir, dan semuanya kembali normal. Aamiin semakin ditingkatkan pelayanannya yaa.
