Everything is fine, however the hotel does not have an elevator, so carrying things upstairs is a bit difficult.

2 star hotel though the price is quite good compared to the general ground around Hoan Kiem dedicated service I have a bit of a problem in reporting the wrong time to check out, but the hotel helps me solve the problem quite satisfactory. The level of service as well as the days here are quite satisfactory with breakfast for such room rates are quite ok sir
