Good. The place is close to the Pullman Hotel Ciawi. So if you want to stay at a simple price but with a Pullman feel. This is the place.

I was not comfortable staying here, the mattress was not good, it made my body ache, the mattress sank and only the springs were left without mattress foam. I couldn't watch TV, I didn't get any signal at all (lots of ants) just once.

Originally we were going to stay for 3 days but ended up staying for 2 days because the room was too noisy and a bit dirty. When we asked for it to be cleaned, my wife and child's lotion was missing. When we asked for the towels to be replaced because they hadn't been replaced for 2 days, we were given wet towels, so we immediately asked for c/o.

Kamarnya lumayan bersih, cuma untuk toilet aromanya agak bau walau ada kamper. AC-nya gak dingin sama sekali, gak ada lemari, cuma ada meja kecil. Wifi lemot, tapi selebihnya nyaman kok nginep sini. Next mungkin bakal nginep di sini lagi.

Aksesnya mudah, pelayanannya bagus, kamar bersih, AC dingin, water heater-nya berfungsi dengan baik, cuma mungkin bisa diganti untuk kesetnya yang lebih bisa menyerap air agar tidak becek sekitar kamar, rekomendasi banget sih untuk staycation di sini, bisa tidur nyenyak dan nyaman.

Di awal agak kesel karena ac gamau nyala, hampir 30 mnt baru bisa di nyalain sama staff nya. Yang bikin kecewa parah itu jam 5 sore mati listrik di sebagian kamar aja, fasilitas lain ga mati. Oke lah saya info staff nya dan saya keluar balik jam setengah 8 masih mati listrik. Saya nanya lagi katanya udah hubungi pln 1 jam lagi baru dateng. Eh sampe besok pagi jam 9 masih belom nyala. Untung air di kamar ga ikut mati. Saya kecewa karena 90 % hak saya sebagai tamu tidak saya dapatkan dan lebih baik REFUND.
