The building is only a short walk from the underground station. Accommodation is in first class condition. No noise.

Everything in the room was fine. I didn't give a 5-star rating due to the very poor wi-fi connection. I had to log-in every morning and often I either couldn't connect at all or it would take me several tries before I was able to access the Internet. And even when I did have access, the connection was weak.

This property is quiet and safe. The woman at the reception wasn’t helpful. My credit card was charged twice by mistake. The bathroom was very dirty. We has to ask for the bed that was missing.

Good location

Our stay was the nights of September 27 & 28, 2025. Today 9/29 woke first night 02:00 AM being eaten alive by bed bugs. took pics of the bed bugs and went to reception. They apologized and gave me another room. That room was not clean. I opened the door and beds weren’t made or anything. Went back again and they gave me a third room. He went with me this time. We checked the new room for bugs and cleanliness. While checking the bed I found trash under the mattress. A used bottle of water and a wadded up napkin of some sort. The mattress cover had stains on it. He said it was the last room they had so we had no choice. By this time it was 03:00 AM and instead of sleeping, we are moving around the hotel and scratching numerous itchy areas of our bodies. He also came back to our original room and saw the infestation and the blood in the bed for himself and took pictures of the bite marks on my arms. But there are others on my inner thigh. The employees ensured me management would contact me to make things right. But it hasn’t happened yet. One of the things the guy said on that night was that we didn’t have to worry about our other clothes and luggage because bed bugs stay with the bed. That is not true. We needed to rewash and dry on extremely high heat to ensure our clothes were not infested. We absolutely could not sleep after that. Not the same night and not much better the second night. Much more to say but I only have 53 characters left of what I’m allowed to write here.

We paid for a room with a kitchenette, but they did not provide one so we had to pay for a restaurant at every meal at a substantial cost.

Our stay here was lovely and seamless. We enjoyed it very much. It felt so safe, the man at the front desk was so lovely and always kind and helpful. Everything was clean and well kept. Great room, great everything.

Be careful ! You must read all informations when you book this hotel. An aparthotel with kitchenette but the price is not included kitchenette. A hidden cost is mentioned in rules & restrictions, You should pay 35$ Euros per day to have option kitchenette, very expensive !!! It’s is a trap !

The property was quiet, nearby shops, restaurants, and great transport links. The bed was very comfy, with clean bedsheets and towels provided. The shower door didn't close, also the walls had lits of stains and marks, lick of fresh paint would make the property look perfect.

The check in had a long long wait. The concierge not speak english. Only one person at the concierge and common areas. Long wait for checking in. In the room there was not minimum room requirement line iron, body lotion, conditioner shampoo etc. We booked a one bedroom suite but we were given a bathelor room. The room was too noisy at night because of trafic around. As if the windows do not have good sound dampening effect. All together i would not come back and would not recommend.

A short walk to the trains with a Aldi nearby. Nice in-house bar. However, poor communication and they never responded to any of my emails or calls.

We stayed in their apart suite which had a bedroom and kitchen. We were a party of 4. Sofa bed wasn’t made and no mattress cover available, had to ask at reception for one which they did deliver. Kitchen unit was large but there was only a kettle with 2 cups, no further cutlery or crockery. Staff were friendly but not professionally trained. I occasionally was talking to 3 people at the same time in different languages. Breakfast was nice enough but too expensive. However, it is cheaper than most places I’ve looked at and it is clean, quiet and comfortable. Also the location is great! You can explore Berlin quite easily from there and even take trains further out eg Leipzig. There are lots of food options in the shopping centre 2 minutes away. Still a great option for families.

Upon arrival, the front desk didn’t have our record. Fortunately, they could handle our case and we got the room finally

This was a very pleasant experience. Everything was as advertised and expected.

Nothing unique, how can a hotel be unique?? Silly question!! It was ok as a hotel & good location near a massive shopping mall. Good transport links too. Staff were great.

Great location near the S-bahn, nice sized rooms, good hot shower and comfy beds. Plenty of cupboard space, friendly staff and there was a safe in the room which was useful. Only slight issue was that we couldnt get the air con to work and it was pretty hot throughout the night, but the windows opened for a breeze at least.

While the location is convenient, my rating is low because of multiple issues. Unfriendly staff, kitchen with no facilities unless you pay an extra charge every day which was not affordable for me. Vegetarians may find breakfast options unsatisfying and overpriced. Sitting areas have dirty and sticky floors. English-speaking staff are scarce. However, the hotel's proximity to public transportation, restaurants, and a budget-friendly shopping mall are positives.

The accommodation was good for what we needed - excellent location for transport links, station is 3 min walk. Shopping centre across the road to buy food/drink. Bed and sofa bed were comfy, the apartment was a good size. Housekeeping came everyday and provided clean towels. Shower was good - powerful and a good temperature. Reception staff were helpful and polite at check in. The only slight negative was that there is no cutlery/bowls/plates provided with the apartment. Essentially the apartment element of the room is just lots of cupboards, a fridge and a kettle. There are 2 cups and glasses provided but that is all. Not a massive issue but similar properties I have stayed in have provided cutlery and bowls/plates.
