The accommodation is very nice and perfect for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant. The breakfast was also good and enjoyable. It was a lovely stay and I would recommend it.

I love the location and surrounding of the villa. If you're looking for a relaxing place to get away from a busy city like Hanoi, then you're looking at the right place. One negative point about the place is the service. When we were there, the manager wasn't very friendly. I'm aware that she treated us differently from other guests. For example, the breakfast was advertised as a buffet, but it was only served based on the menu. The manager told us one main and one drink per adult and no food for kids. However, other tables can order as many mains per person as they wish… Who would treat guests like that, so she wasn't very hospitable to us.

The resort is beautiful and well taken care of. Friendly staff, I'm very satisfied. The minus point is that the location is a bit far from the center of Sapa, but the road to get there has a section under repair, you should come to the resort before it gets dark.
