I needed to pick up the key from a location that was 15min walk from the apartment - not very pleasant with a heavy luggage. The woman at the reception was not that friendly and did not convey a professional image. The sofa in the apartment was dirty with big stains on it. Other than that, the apartment was well equipped and comfortable enough. I am not going to book 2nd homes again.

Everything is good. Clean and cozy. Also very detailed information on how to get to the apartment. The only downside is the checkin location is a bit far from the apartment. Especially we arrived late, and we only walked 15min to get the key in a lockbox. Would be perfect if they can put the lockbox in the apartment building/lobby.

you need to go to a different location to check in and is quite a walk to the apartment. The apartment is spacious and there’s hot water but there is a problem with the bathroom drainage. It takes more than 2hrs to drain so while showering the bathroom is flooded. We tried to contact the host but they never responded or even answered our call. Thats why comfort needs improvement. Aside from that the apartment is well located and next to a metro station

Great safe location, right next to the University Library metro stop and easily walkable to any of the old city highlights. I was happy that they had an elevator and a blowdryer. The room had huge windows that opened onto a quiet courtyard. High ceilings and lots of hot water.

Location is good n Bed is comfy. However , be aware of distance between key pick up’s office and the apartment. The building is a bit old. Found pieces of food at sofa, clwanliness need to be improved. Just one small roll of toilet tissue available for my two day stay. Check in time is only a/v after 3pm, therefore be prepared for the arrangement of luggages before that.
