Overall it's good, the service from the security guard is very helpful, the apartment owner is responsive, the place and room are comfortable, the bathroom facilities with hot water are okay, the parking lot is adequate, overall I'm satisfied. The deposit refund is fast, it's great and recommended.

Transit to East Kalimantan from Lumajang waiting to board a ship. At first confused already at the location but did not meet the person, chat also not immediately replied, phone not answered. Already worried thought it was a scam, but Alhamdulillah finally WA responded. A bit surprised because asked to transfer a deposit of 400 thousand, started to be afraid again thought it was a scam. After a long coordination via WA finally got the room and wwwoooooww surprised to get a room on the top floor, the 38th floor. Can you imagine how amazing it is to be able to see the whole city of Surabaya? 😍 Wow, that's really cool. Unfortunately we had to check out immediately because we wanted to board the ship, and Alhamdulillah the guy is trustworthy, it didn't take long for the 400 thousand deposit to be returned. Thank you, bro, for giving an extraordinary experience for us people from East Kalimantan. God willing, if I go to Surabaya, I will stay here again, hopefully I can get another beautiful view from the 38th floor.

The apartment is strategic but dirty.. Just entered and was greeted by many small cockroaches... Requesting a refund was not possible at all.. Because the photos listed do not match the apartment.. The bathroom is really dirty 🤮 The bed is "clean" protruding.. even scratched by her husband's leg..

Canceled stay, room not as booked

Slow response, complicated process, no responsible party who can be met directly. Maybe detailed instructions should be provided after we book the room. Why should it be complicated on the day?

location is very good. But overall not satisfied: TV not working. Sofa in bad condition; sunken with lizard shits. Bed and pillow not comfortable (cheap). Curtains not hanged properly. No proper cleaning at all. Unlikely to return in my next visit.
