I complained, and they told me to get a replacement light downstairs to replace it myself, which I refused. The bedroom door was difficult to open. This apartment requires special maintenance, not for rent.

It's kept clean, when I went there it was all dusty, the walls were like that and there were lots of insects, cockroaches.

Checking in was difficult, and the broker was uncooperative. The TV was off, and the Wi-Fi was down, even though the signal was good there, making it difficult to buy or order food. Furthermore, the information stated there was one sofa, but it wasn't. There was only one folding mattress. The sheets were itchy and had traces of fried food. Please pay more attention to cleanliness. Thank you.

It doesn't match the photos. There's no drinking water, no toiletries, and no stove. Basically, you just sleep and shower there. You have to collect your own trash; if you don't, you won't get your deposit back. The mattress, sheets, and pillowcases smell and are dirty, and the AC is HOT.... You also have to pay a 400,000 IDR deposit, which is only returned after 24 hours. The refund was only given after we called, so there's no initiative from the apartment manager or owner. When checking in, the owner was very difficult to contact, and we waited for an hour. WhatsApp and phone calls went unanswered, and after a long time, the phone was picked up and we were able to check in, and even then, we had to transfer a deposit. We don't know who the manager is; check-in and check-out are only via WhatsApp. I'm not attaching photos because this review is clear and factual. The point is, staying here is just to sleep and don't expect any amenities or anything else.

As per the photo, it can accommodate up to three people because it has 1 bed + 1 pull-out bed. Check-in/out service is clear. There is a balcony with a city view. It's in the same building as Pakuwon Mall Surabaya, so finding food and sightseeing is easy. There's a pool and fitness center. Worth it, got it for 350k from the app, with a 400k deposit.

To enter, you have to contact the owner, guys, according to the number on Traveloka... using a deposit and 100 percent trustworthy... the view and location are quite tricky, but the location and surroundings are very comfortable

Yesterday, upon check-in, the bedcover was torn, there were stains on the sheets that looked like blood, the Wi-Fi was unavailable, and there was difficulty contacting the staff during check-in. The AC wasn't cooling. They asked for a security deposit upon check-in, but it wasn't returned, citing the smell of cigarettes, even though they were smoking outside on the balcony. We highly recommend not staying here.

Don't make guests wait for a long time and then transfer them to another party during hours past Traveloka check-in hours. I've been chatting since morning, and the response has been very slow. It wasn't until around 3 p.m. that they started responding quickly, saying the unit is full. Call this number and they'll change to that unit. They'll add the rental fee because it's in a different unit. That's fine with us. The problem is, what were they doing all morning while I was chatting? I waited in the lobby for a very long time. I hope the deposit refund process can be expedited.
