The room was very nice and with a lot of natural light. The bed was very comfy and the toilet spotless clean. I was on the phone to the staff and he was very kind and helpful. I honestly recommend this accommodation.

Musty odor through out the hallway. The toilet felt like it was going to just come off the wall each time I sat on it. I weigh under 190lbs for reference. The room was very dim and the window barely opened a crack making no air flow an option. Overall, I would never stay again seeing and knowing from experience. One positive thing was we were able to walk to near by restaurants and pubs.

Very good location using buses to city centre. Note: must have a LEAP card or coins for the bus as no credit card can be used to pay for bus travel. No on site reception staff - must read email with instructions for main door and room door entry codes and front and rear parking locations. Helpful cleaning staff available in the mornings.

If you are looking for a relatively cheap, no bells and whistles accommodation while visiting Dublin, No9 Rathgar is the place for you. It's more of a "self-service bedsit" than a hotel. Impossible to close the bedroom doors without banging them (so you can look forward to being woken up at the same time as the first guess leaving in the morning). Decent bed and shower. Coffee machine, fridge. My TV didn't work but I didn't care as the internet was good so I watched Youtube. A solid 6.5 out of 10.

I didn’t have a car, nothing around the property. Code locks were a pain. My room was never cleaned after I checked in. No cable tv and no directions on how to use the tv, once I figured it out I had to stand infront of the tv to work it and it was not a smart tv

The property itself was lovely, well maintained and in a fantastic location, which we really appreciated. However, the self-service check-in was quite disappointing. We did not receive any arrival instructions by email, and there was no one available on-site to assist us. After some time, a cleaner kindly stepped in to help, although it was clear this was outside her usual responsibilities, and the language barrier made things a bit challenging for both sides. We stayed for two nights, and on both evenings we witnessed multiple guests experiencing the same issue; it was quite unpleasant, especially knowing we weren’t in a position to assist.

It was fine for the price and for one night. It is listed as a 4 star hotel but there are no staff, barely any ameneties and the room we stayed in was tiny, with the double bed squashed against the window so I had to climb over my partner and the sink in the bedroom. TV was hung on the wall at the bottom of the bed, it didn't work and was incredibly dusty behind. We would not stay here again.
