I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always ready with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. They went out of their way to answer questions and provide assistance, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the attentive service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and hassle-free experience

Fantastic room, courteous and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet and their Craft restaurant was also very good well above typical hotel fare. Our waiter on the evening of 2-9-25 was superb.

The Bridge in Wroclaw is one of my favorite hotels! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the hotel has such a wonderful atmosphere. I love the design of both the common areas and the rooms. The location is fantastic, and I highly recommend staying in the junior suite!

Typical Mgallery hotel. You cant go wrong. Great location and facilities including the bedding, sound system in the room etc.

Everything was fine the room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. I can only regret that when I arrived 45 min before the checking, I was told blankly to wait 3 o'clock. The reception did not even check if a room was available for my comfort. Disappointed. Reception on check out was very nice.

Super comfy and quiet place to spend a couple of nights at the very heart of the Wroclaw’s old town. Service is extra profesional, rooms are spacious and cosy. Very nice and quiet spa&relaxing space. A rich and various breakfasts complete the whole.

I really liked the clenliness and facilities in the hotel which are a=of a very high standard. In particular I liked the bio sauna. The staff were friendly and professional. A special mention for Dennis, who is an excellent member of the team and sets a high standard for all

I have been to quite a few 5 star hotels but this one is really special. Excellent customer service, great comfort and location!

I had a very nice stay all staff was very friendly and nice not one thing they need to work on it more is the cleanliness and that doesn’t mean it’s dirty but for all of the facilities they offer and great in cleaning is not that good. I hope that would help . But. Thank I would ofc recommend the place very much to everyone wants to visit wroclow
