very good place in terms of cleanliness, spacious area, child and parent friendly facilities, cool, natural atmosphere is still there, there is a place to channel fishing hobby, economical price but maintains its quality, friendly service, all hotel facilities are available from wifi, refillable water, everything is there, highly recommended, the access is also good .... want to come back again ....

Kayak nya kamar perlu di upgrade berasa nginep di losmen bukan resort, kasur jadul sekali kebersihan kurang, mau renang awal nya ditagih bayar 15rb sampe makesure 2x kalo kita nginep situ baru free. Ye kali kita dah nginep mau menikmati fasilitas suruh bayar lagi bukan masalah harga nya ya tapi pelayanan nya rada ngeselin, buat yang sekedar hobi mancing sih ok lah tapi buat staycation or healing kurang memadai.

The rooms are spacious & clean, smell good, the mattress is soft, the AC is very cold, the bathroom is clean, the staff are all friendly. You can fish & ask for fish dishes from fishing. For restaurants: the taste of the food can be improved further. Thank you New Panjang Jiwo Resort.

Had a wonderful night staying in New Panjang Jiwo Syariah Ressort. The room is clean, the staffs are kind, polite and helpful. The food is delicious with affordable price. I had more than I expected from the rent wise. Meskipun beberapa prabot di kamar sudah agak usang, dan water heaternya agak rumit digunakan, overall I'm satisfied. If you wanna find place for relax, dengan harga murah tapi fasilitas lengkap dan top, this place is one of the best choice you could've had 😊

Rooms are clean and tidy. The water heater also works well, the food is delicious and affordable. The resort environment is still beautiful👍

First came to get a room with a bad mattress that had broken. Finally we complained. Alhamdulillah served comfortably. And get a better room.

Pengalaman sangat menyenangkan, kolam renang bersih, Restoran bersih dengan menu makanan yang ber variasi. Pemancingan juga tertata dengan rapi, minus dari kami mohon tempat tidur-nya diperhatikan kenyamanan -nya.

Resort terawat, bersih rapih. Ada kolam renang dan kolam ikan. Water Heater lancar sore ke malam, siang sempat tidak keluar. Tapi Dilarang bawa makanan ringan, berat dan bahkan minuman, padahal nginep kan ada kalanya lapar pas resto masih tutup atau mau makanan yang selain di resto. Untungnya pihak sana tetap kooperatif dan mengijinkan Grab/GoFood saat resto tutup.

Pengen ngasih nilai 11 saking puasnya, kamar, kamar mandi dan semua lingkungan nya terawat dan bersih. Fasilitas AC, TV dan water heater berfungsi dengan baik. Kolam renang juga bersih, ada kolam ikan super luas buat yang hobi mancing. Ada banyak bale-bale dan kursi-kursi. Harga makanan direstonya juga relatif terjangkau dan rasanya enak dan cepat prosesnya. Saat kami kesini karena sedang pandemi, jadi sepi serasa resort sendiri. Tapi semua staffnya tetap melayani dengan sangat baik, bahkan ketika tiba dibantu dengan sigap membawa barang ke kamar. Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan, pasti kembali lagi kesini ^^

Suddenly I booked at New Panjang Jiwo via traveloka and got the hotel, but we still felt comfortable even though it was quiet at the hotel, some villas booked. Lonely because of the pandemic. Cleanliness is quite clean and the employees are friendly. The restaurant is pretty good. There is a fishing rod that can be used even if you don't stay overnight. Now this fishing is very busy. Nice place 👍

The inn is quite nice and comfortable, suitable for holidays with family or corporate events. The lack of access road of about 1 KM has not been paved. Delicious food, smooth water. Lacking a clue in a swimming pool, there should be a lot of warning banners because there is a depth of up to 1.8 meters.
