Over the course of 2 weeks, we stayed at 6 different properties. Out of all of these stays, this property was the only one that falsely listed multiple amenities. Of all of the misrepresentation, the biggest lie was that they offer parking. They do NOT offer parking! And what is worse, where the host suggested to park does not exist. This resulted in our car being towed which added a ton of stress, time, and FINES to our trip. Expedia should be vetting listings for accuracy and at minimum, if a complaint is reported to Expedia, they should require the host to make their listing accurate. Unfortunately, Expedia did not take responsibility for anything and the host did not either. As of the time of booking falsely listed amenities were: on site parking, continental breakfast, lockers, microwave, concierge services, laundry service, bellhop, tour and ticket assistance. I do not recommend to stay here.

Great location and beautiful room within the palace walls. Would be VERY difficult to navigate with large pieces of luggage. Narrow circular staircase to the room. We had rental car, so left large luggage there and only took small carryon to the room.

Very cool room within the west wall of the Diocletian Palace. Cozy, clean and very comfortable. Would stay here again!

This place is amazing. It is located inside the walls of the palace. You have to park and walk about 1/4 mile. There are no cars inside the walled city. You are staying in a modern room inside a midieval castle. It's pretty dang cool.

It was a beautiful property and very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for anything you wanted to do within the palace and close to the water. Enjoyed my stay, I would come back again.

Unique luxurious Room in the Diocletian Palace in Split. Spacious, clean, quiet, & accurately represented in the write-up. Responsive host, Convenient to all the old palace has to offer & it opens to the famous Split Cat Garden 🐈.

Accomodation was spotless and the location could not have been better. Although right in the old town it was quiet and peaceful at night. Our host Luka went out of his way to be helpful, his communication with us before and during our stay was wonderful. Would thoroughly recommend staying in this acccodation. This property is clean, updated and conveniently located within walking distance of everything in the palace, as well as the Split port area. The owner Luka also went above a beyond, personally picking us up from the airport, providing us with recommendations in area and he even helped us deal with our lost luggage! I would highly recommend staying here.

La habitación era amplia y con muy buen diseño, la ropa de blanco y las almohadas muy cómodas y la ubicación… insuperable, justo en el medio del castillo, a mano de todo para hacer compras, comer en ricos lugares y meterte en la magia de Split. Tuvimos un excelente anfitrión, si tiene disponibilidad de fecha, no lo dudaría ni un instante. Volveremos!!!!

Nice room, my only complaint is the see through glass sliding door to the bathroom. One side is slightly blocked with a metal decorative screen but you can still see right through it. I've been married a long time but I still like my privacy in the privy. I imagine most women would feel the same. It would be an easy fix to put up a curtain of a film over the clear glass doors.

This is THE place to stay in Split. It is soconvenient to everything and anything youcareto see or do. Lots of sightseeing is atyour fingertips and right at th Diocletian Palace. The room itself was gorgeous - clean, quiet, comfy,, greatroom lighting, gorgeous en suite. I am so happy we stayed here. A great stay for one night or several nights. I can't say enough good things about it. Do yourself a favorand stay here.

This is a beautiful apartment- spacious and comfortable. You cannot beat the location, it is right in the middle of Diocletian’s palace beside a small green space. However this means it is quite loud, which is the only downside.

Palace Luxury Room is fabulous!!! If you want the best location in Split, comfortable bed, plenty of room, quiet, wonderful bathroom, and clean, clean, clean, stay here!!! And to top it off, our host Luka arranged pickup at the airport, and made fabulous recommendations for where to eat and what to see. I cannot say enough good things about staying here!!

Great place, very well located (on the middle of everything), Luca was very attentive to our needs, he gave us clear instructions to find the apartment and very good local recommendations. The apartment has everything you need and a good extra space, very comfortable bed. Parking is very challenging in Split in general, there are options for parking around the apartment but you need to expend some time looking for a free spot

How often do you get to stay in palace, where the walls that make up your otherwise modern suite are hundreds of years old? This place allows you to do that with an entry right off a little garden court with a short walk to the golden gate. Windows are modern and really keep out the night sounds if you wish, the A/C can be heavenly after a hot day, and you're right in the middle of everything in old town Split. Place was super clean and well-appointed. Parking in the big lot up the road is relatively convenient. Highly recommend!

Charming room and great location right in the middle of old town. We had to park in a public lot and paid for parking. Otherwise we could walk to the harbor and to all the attractions and restaurants. Loved it and the host was super helpful!!

Very unique accommodation in Split! A private room in a small apartment building. Perfectly situated just inside the old city wall (not too far to walk with your roller bag). Host was INCREDIBLY communicative and helped us with parking and navigating how to find the room. Would highly recommend it.
