Good location, clean, friendly

Great location!!!

Stayed for 1 night. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location lots of places to eat within walking distance. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Would stay again!

Overall good except that the internet was not working at all despite informing receptionist. And there is a bad smell of sewage in bathroom.

Conveniently and centrally located among best restaurants and shops. Within 10 mins walk to 3 night markets. Complimentary bicycle. Easy ride to nearby seaside Park. Single room is safe, very clean and 24 hours staffs very helpful and friendly! Thank you for making my stay wonderful and brighter Feng Chi!

Room is clean and staff are helpful, even though there were some language barriers. The hotel location is quite convenient as food and shopping is within reach. 5 to 8 minutes to walk to the Taitung Night Market, which only opens on Thursday to Sunday. Bus stop is just around the corner if you want to get around the town or back to the train station. Overall, the convenience of the hotel really made me enjoy my trip in Taitung.

Very good location & convenience to everywhere. Room was very clean, beds were big & staffs were very nice. The only thing is that we asked for an additional pillow and they won’t provide and no hand soap.

Check in時接待的女性職員超級親切，笑容也好甜，很有親和力。 旅館的地點很好，鄰近許多知名美食店家，走路就能到。館旁就有免費停車位（3格），不遠處還有另一停車場，有充足的停車位可以停放車輛，一樣免付費，只需抵押證件換遙控開停車場柵欄。 館內一樓有寬闊的交誼廳，每層樓都有一台飲水機。 - 本次入住4人房，兩大床，床真的有大，單床可以躺兩大一小還不會感覺太擁擠。 浴室水量大，熱水也熱得很快。吹風機是自行插電的，不是嵌在牆上要一直按壓才有風，然後吹兩分鐘過熱就不能使用那種，超級加分！ - 整體是很舒服的住宿體驗。要 check out時才詢問，可以免費租借門口擺放的腳踏車（押證件），也有親子腳踏車喔！ 是會想回住的旅館。下次來可以借車騎去森林公園玩耍。

The room is clean and tidy, and the design of room is rather modern. This hotel is just next to the centre of the Taitung and can go to the Taitung bus terminal is around 6 mins. The hotel provide breakfast, however their breakfast is outsourse to another coffee shop. You need to walk to the coffee shop around 3 mins. Just tea and bread and the taste is below expectation.

最糟糕的是有窗戶有陽光但居然是隔壁的廢墟，感受真的很不好服務人員態度也很冷淡，缺乏服務熱忱

入住的房型有點小。飯店提供腳踏車代步，位置在熱鬧的地方，很方便。停車位有點少，不知道是不是在本館外另有停車場？

Gutes Hotel. Etwas anders, aber sehr angenehm. Personal spricht nur Mandarin, das war aber bereits bei der Buchung klar. Angestellte trotz Sprachbarriere super freundlich und hilfreich. Immer wieder gern.

地點非常優，市中心的便利性，服務人員態度親切房間的床跟枕頭 舒適又乾淨，唯獨小小遺憾是早餐是跟外面搭配，要提早外出步行用餐，還好住宿兩天天氣都不錯沒有下雨。
