The rooms are quite good, clean, close to the airport so convenient to travel.

Affordable price but very fully equipped.

Bad room, no toilet paper, no drinking water, broken faucet, moldy room, dirty bed sheets, cramped room, not airtight with 2 large gaps on the wall. Should rent a hotel with HD 1 side, better

Order this for my mom. She check in around 1am in the morning and these fuckers didn't gave her the ordered 2 rooms for 4pax, insted they give 3 pax room plus the fucking delay togive my mom a room. In 1 AM in the morning! These staff also did NOT give drinks or water for my mom. If your system is shit, do not open online reservations. And close your fucking shithole.

Walking only 5mnt from exit gate NoiBai. Stated 2 km. (seem so far) Hm. Actual no. Love staying there, if wanna sightseeing city center, just use bus. Cheaper.

Nhà nghỉ thì đúng hơn là khách sạn. Đến cả nước lọc cũng không có.cách tiếp đón của lễ tân cũng không thân thiện. Nhà wc thì rất dơ. Nếu chỉ để nghỉ ngơi để bay thì có thể chấp nhận được.

Tôi tới check in muộn vào lúc 1:30am, lúc đó có bác lớn tuổi hỗ trợ, bác nói chuyện thân thiện nhiệt tình. Phòng mình đặt không còn trống nên bác đổi mình qua phòng lớn luôn, không mất phí gì. Phòng không mới nhưng cũng sạch. Sáng ra check out gặp 1 chị nói chuyện rất gắt gỏng, nạt nộ bạn mình vì dừng xe trước ks, rồi to tiếng với mình chỉ vì mình không cầm remote xuống trả (mà lúc nhận phòng không ai dặn là check out phải cầm xuống cả). Mình không đôi co, chỉ im lặng, nhưng chắc chắn sẽ KHÔNG quay lại đây.
