The staff here are very welcoming and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the room rates are reasonable. The buffet menu is not very extensive and needs improvement. If this can be addressed, then this is a good hotel that people should consider when visiting Da Nang.

The breakfast was delicious, small but high-quality.

Guests in other rooms were very noisy. I think the hotel should put out signage to inform other hotel guests to lower their voices as not to disturb other guests.

The staff is very enthusiastic and attentive. Warm, smiling and very attentive to customers. The receptionists are very supportive, especially the guy who greets guests at the door and helps them move their luggage. Room amenities are okay, suitable for the price. I think the breakfast buffet could be improved if it could be better!

The hotel is ok but the buffet is not impressive

Everything about this hotel is very good, except for the small point that the room is clean, a bit old, the ceiling has some mold stains. And the breakfast is only a few basic dishes. The staff from the receptionist to the HK ladies are enthusiastic and cute. The rooftop SWIMMING POOL is small, so the day I went it was cold and windy so I couldn't experience the swimming pool. I stayed in room 405. Overall, the hotel meets all my needs, thank you to the hotel staff for providing me with good service during my stay at the hotel.

Hotel staff are friendly. The bedroom area is clean, the furniture in the room is new and clean, comfortable and complete. However, the lobby area was a bit dirty so when I first walked in I was a bit surprised, maybe because when I checked in it was around 2pm so people were walking around a lot but we should also consider cleaning it regularly. The hotel is more than 1 km from the Dragon Bridge. You can walk in the evening to see the Dragon Bridge, Han River and night market. There are many dining areas in the alley near the opposite. I left in a hurry so I didn't have time to try the buffet breakfast here. It can still be my next choice when coming to Da Nang.

The rooms are ok but the buffet has few dishes. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights but had few breakfast dishes. After 8am, there was almost nothing left to eat. The coffee was thin and the milk was gone and there was no staff to add more.

Everything is great. It's just a bit of a walk to the beach.

Everything was good, unless the reception in the morning can't speak English. We only requested a porter by phone to help with our luggage, but he didn't understand and quickly hung up. 🙃
