Exactly what I was looking for, for my stay in Lisbon. Conveniently located to lots of restaurants, shopping and busses. I had a lovely balcony overlooking the Terrance with a lovely view of the city. The hotel is located on a steep incline so do not try to pull your luggage up the hill, however there are also elevators on the streets running parallel. Lana at reception was very welcoming.

Beautiful property and very friendly staff! I arrived a little early, so they tried their best to accommodate me and keep me updated if my room would be ready earlier. In the meantime, they had the terrace, lounge area, and bar available; which hosts happy hour from 3-7p. The front desk even gave me some recommendations in the area to pass time. The room was clean, had a great view, and was quite at night for a good nights rest. The staff was so lovely! I would definitely recommend and book another stay here when I travel back to Lisbon!

Great customer service. Room very small

Liked the ambiance, the tiled rooms and bright decor, although one room we had was very small and cramped for two persons.

Best service i have ever experienced from a hotel. Had a small AC issue when we arrived, and they had it fixed right away. Very good recommendations and always willing to assist. Breakfast buffet is a must.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The issue was the air conditioning did not consistently work and the room was hot. It is a very small space so you notice the heat. The Hotel is also located on top of hill so keep in mind you have to walk up the hill when you want to return.

From moment we walked inside everything was perfect. Staff attentive and always smiling. Breakfast superb. Highly recommend.

This hotel was a great find! The room amenities are very basic, but it was very clean and spacious by European standards. If possible I’d request a room above the 1st floor as our room looked directly onto the communal balcony that was pretty busy during happy hour and also blocked most of the city view. With that being said, happy hour on balcony is great! All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location was great and walkable to the main city sites.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The cleanliness stood out right away—everything was spotless and well maintained. The location was absolutely perfect, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. We barely needed transportation, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable. While the room was on the smaller side, it didn’t bother us at all. We were out most of the time enjoying everything the city has to offer, and only came back to shower and sleep. If you’re looking for a clean, centrally located place to stay while making the most of your trip, this hotel is a great choice
