Everything was great. Just wish they would take walk-ins for breakfast.

服務態度非常好，地方清潔乾淨，早餐豐富，十分滿意會再入住。

We booked Japanese western room, beds were comfortable and room was clean. Separate shower and toilet, shower area had a very slight stench but nothing major. Great breakfast, value for money. Location is convenient, easy parking. There’s a restaurant and souvenir store just downstairs as part of the complex which was really convenient. Staff was kind and we were able to borrow city bikes for traveling to the submersible bridge nearby (tip: make a stop at the tourist office near the Nakamura station ~ 10 min walk to get local cycling maps available in English, or to rent electric bikes for a fee (return by 530pm)). Will recommend and be back our next trip!

I loved my stay here! Great location, very reasonable price, clean and new rooms. I liked the complimentary soup and beverages in the evening, and choice of toiletries in the lobby. Breakfast was also good.

素晴らしかったです。 エリア内にある物産館サンリバー四万十は予想を遥かに超える品揃え、ここ一軒だけでほぼすべてのお土産が揃います。 同じく敷地内にあるいちもん家は定食と四万十の名産が揃っていますので、こちらも満足できるかと。 お部屋は広くてキレイですし、フロントの対応も良かったです。 強いて言うなら朝食の種類がもう少し多いと良かったです。 朝食自体はすごく良かったです。

トイレとバスが別々でベッドルームの間にドアがあり、廊下の音がなく、快適だった。

四万十市のほぼ中心で、観光地のどこへ行くにもアクセスが良いです。ウェルカムドリンク、カードキーを使った食事の割引など非常によいです。 部屋もとても広く快適に過ごせました。

Pretty well maintained and ready to receive foreigners. Parking is easy and their own restaurants around are good. They do suggest a Japanese restaurant which we tried and was decently good but it closes by 9 PM. Facilities were very good and arrangements for covid precautions were also well done including at breakfast time.

Excellent location, easy to find restaurants nearby. hotel room is clean.

朝食がもう少し種類があると嬉しい。

部屋の風呂とトイレが別になっており湯槽にゆったり入り自宅の風呂に入っている感じがとてもリラックスできた。とにかくすべて綺麗でした。朝食のメニューがもう少し沢山あればいいなと思いました。

安価で清潔でバイクはシャッターつきのガレージで安心。 豊富な土産店と食事処も近くにあり便利です

この辺では新しいホテルなので綺麗です。 朝食も美味しいです。

スタッフの対応も機敏でとても感じが良く、室内も清潔で静か、安心して過ごす事ができました。

3人で宿泊でしたが、ベッドが2台しかなくて自分で床に布団を敷きました。子どもがそれで良いといってくれたのですが、旅行4日目だったのでバタンと寝たかったです。朝のご飯はとても良かったです。つと

清潔感があり、リーズナブルに宿泊できる部分はとても良いが、エアコンの効きが悪かったのと、部屋に備え付けてある携帯の充電機が壊れているのか、充電できなかったのが残念だった。

広い駐車場、土産物、レストランがあるホテルで、とても快適な時間が過ごせました。 ぜひ、また利用したいホテルです。
