Good location, great view, great space. Couple of things let it down. You can see they do a clean between visitors but there is no sign of deep cleans. So much dust/stains. Seeing all that dust meant I didn’t trust the kitchen to be clean and only used it to make a cup of tea after washing the cup. It might have been clean but maybe it wasn’t. It is a bit of a shock when you walk into the property as there is low light and black walls with intense looking faces. Felt unsafe on initial approach. This eased once we got used to the place and realised it was part of the change philosophy. However kind of think customer should come first and that just is not a welcoming hallway.

I liked that i was given an extra blanket when I asked for it.

Room was clean and bed comfy but whoever decided to paint the building black, hallway black even bathroom black should be transported to Van Diemans Land. Horrible graffiti like stencil messages spray painted in rooms and hall. Was like a ghetto or jail. Made me feel I'd be mugged. Young people from multiple rooms had a party on adjacent courtyard and no staff are on these premises so had to put up with their noise and language. 17 steps up to bedroom and bathroom. Why no toilet at living level? Artwork theme was akin to freedom fighters in Cuba. Horrible ambience. Never going back. And it is quite expensive.

Excellent location. Was a little uncertain when we arrived but the room was comfortable and well presented. The reason this stay is four stars and not five is because there was an issue with water to the building in the early morning, resulting in no running water first up. The staff were very prompt with answering the phone and trying to resolve the issue.

Clean, easy and no issues at all. I stay here regularly when I come to Tassie for work and it's have never let me down. Easy to access and kitchen is fully equipped so I can cook my own meals.

Lovely cosy feel about the place. Comfy bed with a lux bathroom. Plenty of room to move around and just up the road from some of the best restaurants and cafes. We really appreciated having our own parking spot and not coming back at the end of the day just hoping there would be a spot. We wish the weather had been good enough to have spent time on the balcony but hopefully we’ll be back.

The room we stayed in was not as per the listing description for the property, nor did it match the pictures on the listing. Very dark hallways, felt unsafe. Fire doors in hallway were propped open the whole time. Noisy. Shower curtain was a foot too short and only went part way around the shower stall so most of the bathroom flooded during a shower. No fan in bathroom or squeegee so the water just sat there. No closet for hanging clothes. No luggage or bag storage..everything had to sit on the floor or the counter top. Electronic door lock with no deadbolt inside room. Light in bathroom shone only in the center of the room so using mirror was not possible. Room was sparse at best and in need of repair. Dingy place overall. Would not recommend.

Always modern and clean.

Good location, inside is quite stunning with good views, however corridor of hotel was dark and scary. The soundproofing is also very bad and the distant clock keep chiming every 15min which didnt help. Wish there is more amenities eg only 1 box of tissues for the entire 2br apartment and upstairs facing west can get really hot in the afternoon so keep blinds shut and aircon on.

I really liked the room and the location. What I didn’t like was the constant noise of kids running around, yelling and thumping around in the halls and rooms. The first night was really quiet, the second was bad. Maybe we were just unlucky.

Change Apartments was a fantastic place to stay in Launceston. The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Great location within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the river. Check-in was smooth, parking was convenient, and the apartment felt spacious and well set up. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Launceston.

The room was beautiful - everything you need plus more - enjoyed the coffee pod machine and the special touches like beautiful bottles of handwash and body wash - eco wash up liquid and dishwasher powder - lovely books and a Christmas tree and card - what a special find x highly recommended ❤️

room was lovely, clean and spacious, barely used any amenities because of a short overnight stay only. check in easy and clear instructions for no receptionist. Only negative for me was initial impressions felt like I was in the wrong place or unsafe due to the dark gloomely entrance and hallways
