Caring and top-notch service by the staff, from receptionist to cleaning staff. Rooms were very comfortable, bed and pillow amazing. Had the best sleep.

Everything is excellent, no complaints at all.

The Onsen pool is not clean. We had to ask the staff to help clear the sediment at the bottom of the pool and the leaves.

Take it 100/10, great atmosphere. Good service staff Delicious breakfast, beautiful view. We booked a room with a sea view. Lie down and listen to the sound of the waves and feel comfortable.

พนักงานต้อนรับและช่วยเหลือดีมากๆ ค่ะ ห้องพักสะดวกสบาย ออกแบบตัวห้องมาดีมากๆ ลูกๆ ชอบสระว่ายน้ำชั้นบนมาก เล่นน้ำวนไป หาดทรายสวยลงเล่นได้สบายเลยค่ะ ตัวห้องพัก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดีงามไม่มีที่ติ แต่อยากให้ปรับปรุงอาหารเช้าค่ะ นอกนั้นคือแทบเพอร์เฟคแล้ว

Best hotel in Hua Hin with nice view, service, facilities, and nice food. Super recommended! My husband & 4-year-old daughter love this hotel so much! Definitely will come back to Kundala.
