The breakfast was nice. The beds were comfortable. Had a sofa bed and separate area to sit to do stuff. Bad It was a long but narrow room and they put the tv halfway between the bed room area and the seating area. As a result if you were in the far bed you could not see the tv and in the sitting room the tv was on one side so if you sat at one end of the couch you could not see the tv. One other thing the water pressure was lower than I would like for the shower but it was doable. Other wise everything else was really good, cleanliness, staff, dining and rooms.

This hotel is perfect for our one night stay. It is clean and far from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, I will definitely come back here again. The breakfast is also great!

The suites had everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation. The refrigerator and microwave are very helpful if for nothing other than having a hot cup of tea at night. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. A handheld shower head in the shower would be nice.

The hotel is fine, but service and housekeeping was terrible. They never cleaned our room durning the entire stay. I was told the first day that I needed to request it, so I did. They still never made it to our room. The manager didn't even try to make things smoother. Would not go back because of the customer service.

The hotel was great, however, we booked this stay through Hotels.com for a two room stay and they booked us a king bed. Our fault for not checking the confirmation email, but we booked a second stay in Sacramento and Hotels.com did the same thing on a second reservation. So the issue we have is not with the hotels, but rather with Hotels.com.
