Found property to be dirty and our hallway (3rd floor) by the elevators had a strong “mildew” type of smell that we had to sneak each time wa came /left. We never received hskp service even though we requested it. On Saturday I went to hskp for towels (black female on 3rd floor) and NEVER received them. I asked to cut 1 day and was told at c/i (female) she would make that change only to be told at c/o that it was never done and I have to call Expedia. It’s summed up out experience and I will be returning to Hilton after this poor, dirty, smelly and no hospitality experience. Also, breakfast was poor as the fresh fruit looked old and inedible - bananas were BROWN, apples were bruised and oranges were small and had brown stains on them. Horrible breakfast so we did. It be get that value of the “free” breakfast.
