Watched man jump in the dumpsters and back out and throw a fit. It was terrifying. Pretty bad area. Close to the gross Econo.

Location was convenient as it was close to downtown/Bricktown, which was where I spent most of my time.

Nice rooms but, bbq grills did not work and lobby was hot.

Awful stay. Would not stay again. Carpet so dirty I felt the need to wear shoes at all times. Staff barely nice. Aggressive stranger banging on our door THREE times at 130am trying to get their key to work and we had to yell at them to go away. Set away from main road in sketchy parking lot. Surprised our car wasn’t broken into. Others staying there were not friendly folk I felt safe around. Only good part was bed linens were fresh and crisp, bed comfortable. We couldn’t leave fast enough.

Nice, clean property. Close to the Paycom center and the shuttle service was very convenient!

This was hands down the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in—spotless from top to bottom. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—close to everything I needed—and parking was super easy, which is always a plus. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again!

This is a new hotel across the (not walkable) highway from Bricktown. Despite being new, it has a lot of deferred maintenance and poorly installed carpet and fixtures. It allows pets but doesn’t police common areas so there was feces and urine in the elevators. The breakfast was abysmal. The room itself was comfortable with a good mattress and good pillows. The towels were nice and thick and water pressure was good. There were hairs in our bathroom from previous guests. We called down and asked to have our room serviced as it isn’t provided daily unless you ask. I’ve room was not serviced and when we called, we were told that they could check but housekeeping was gone for the day. Also, there is no pool but rather only a small hot tub.

The beds were the most comfortable beds. I think I’ve ever stayed in. Unfortunately the grills outside are a little dated and took a long time for our food to get cooking. We had a whole team needing to eat, and it took forever to cook the food, we ended up buying a barbecue grill in the middle of barbecuing so we could get our chicken cooked faster and make sure it was heated through.

The air conditioning did not seem to be working in the lobby or the breakfast/dining areas. The hotel advertised having a pool, bar, and a restaurant... they had none of those! Construction going on next door, so the outside does not currently have any curb appeal. I loved the comfort of the bed, the quietness of the floor I was on, and the breakfast options.

Lady that checked me in was very nice and very personable. Room was nice and clean. Lobby had an echo but wasnt there long so all was good. Bed was comfy. Nice stay

I liked the fact the apartment had a full kitchen. I was on a 5 days business trip and loved the fact I didn’t need to eat out everyday. I was able to cook full meals in my room. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the hotel conveniently located 3 -10 miles from the airport, downtown, and the State Capitol. I would definitely stay there again on a next visit.

The rooms were like mini apartments - very nice and clean. Not the best of neighborhoods but I can see where it will get better.

Asked for a handicapped room with walk in shower, not available. Room was upgraded to a suite and asked twice for a shower chair for use in the tub, never provided. Asked for change of sheets every other day, not provided. Had to ask and get towels from front desk.

Nothing special but perfect to stop along a long road trip. Great rates

This is a great place for one night stay in OKC. However, there was no soap in the bathroom, the room had dirty coffee cups that hadn’t been removed and there wase lots of construction noise. BUT I would stay there again for one night

It was a comfortable stay. Although the app said it had a bar and restaurant which they dont. Was disappointed about that.
