Good

This hotel is a gem packed into the heart of Venice. It's very close to main tourist attractions and shopping. The hotel employees were very friendly snd helpful. The room was very nice and matched the pictures online.

Staff is very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is awesome. It’s in the middle of everything

Price is too high

This is a great little boutique hotel (it has 8 rooms on one floor with a dining and general lobby area). The staff are friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast is great. The hotel is within walking distance of virtually anything you want to see on the Vienna island. Water transport is directly out front - water taxi, ferry, gondola. Hundreds of dining options within a very short walk and it's only 5 minutes from the Doge Palace and St Mark's Square. Highly recommended!

Perfect for me. I wanted an updated and modern hotel, rather than the dingy, outdated decor of many Venice hotels. It’s a small boutique hotel with just one floor of rooms but it was quiet. The canal view I purchased was nothing to write home about but it was a canal view. Room was quite small but nothing out of the ordinary for a European hotel in an ancient city with limited land. The breakfast was a nice surprise and had everything I needed so I didn’t feel the need to eat elsewhere for breakfast. And the location was great- steps from the Bridge of Sighs but situated in a quiet street/alleyway that was away from the crowds. It was also extremely convenient, also a one minute walk from a major water bustop so extremely easy to get to from the airport or to get to other parts of the city, although the hotel was so central that I worked everywhere. Bathroom was clean and modern and the air conditioning worked and was strong. I would definitely stay here again. Only warning is that there is someone attending the front desk until about 10 pm, so make sure to have arrangements if you’re arriving late, otherwise not having one late at night was never an issue.

I booked a last minute trip to Venice and was glad I got to stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and attentive (I don’t speak Italian) and the breakfast was really nice. It’s in a central location (if a bit touristy and loud at night). The room itself was comfortable and spacious.

The location is amazing, located in a narrow street just behind St. Markus Square and 50 meters to the Grande Canal/Lagoon's water taxis and water busses. Our room was small but very comfortable and newly renovated, very contemporary, overlooking a narrow quiet canal. A large number of restaurants are in short walking distance. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is good.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, close to Piazza San Marco, Doge's Palace, and Saint Mark's Basilica. The hotel has a great breakfast, very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Our only negative comment would be the "canal view', yes you can see a gondola filled canal but you need to REALLY lean out of the window to see it (not just stand there and see it), you still do have a canal view. With that said, I would definitely stay here again because everything else was outstanding.

The breakfast was great, staff were very welcoming and friendly and the location was perfect for seeing all of the main tourist attractions. A little loud at night being so central, but overall we had an excellent stay.

Property since you arribe smells terrible. The property says it has air conditioning and it doesnt have. Terrible place, I left the hotel.

The hotel was very close to everything, shops, restaurants, tourist sites. The only thing was the haiiway to the elevator smells.
