The host is very kind; we've stayed at her B&Bs several times. Dimora Spina, "in the center," overlooks Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. Open the door of this historic building and you're right there! The property offers two double bedrooms, but a few kilometers away in Ferrazzano there's another B&B with more rooms.

The property has all the amenities listed: Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, large fridge with freezer, and a kitchen whose cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Check-in was easy; the host greeted me and requested payment in cash. Unfortunately, the hot water boiler didn't work, and that evening the host arranged for me to stay in another property just outside the city. In the second property, the bedroom and bathroom were clean, but the mattress was uncomfortable and most likely dated.

I needed a room following a reservation at another property that I wasn't satisfied with, and I must say that the managers at Dimora Spina were immediately available and had a room ready for me within 15 minutes of my phone call. The B&B is located in a historic building, adjacent to the main square. The cleanliness is excellent, and the spaces are renovated and very pleasant. Our stay was pleasant. I can't give it 5 stars for a number of reasons: the bed sagged on one side, which unfortunately made sleeping uncomfortable. Furthermore, the breakfast consisted of pre-packaged products, which, in my opinion, is a flaw, given the excellent quality of the nearby bakeries. A voucher for breakfast at the café below the property would have been enough to appreciate the deliciousness of the Molise pastries. Finally, being right in the center, parking is difficult to find, and there is no reserved parking space. In any case, I would gladly return because the managers were truly kind, helpful, and serious, and I appreciated the cleanliness.

The owner gave us a warm welcome. It's a shame, however, that upon arrival, the common area smelled of smoke and there were dirty dishes in the sink. Breakfast was poor and disappointing. I don't drink coffee, and there were only two tea bags, both opened, which isn't ideal in a normal situation, let alone with COVID! Until we left in the morning, there were still dirty, smelly dishes in the kitchen, and the fridge and sink were dirty! The room was clean... overall, compared to the reviews, I was disappointed by the property... I won't be returning!

I had a terrible experience with Mr. Massimo Spina. After I called to inquire about the listing I saw on B00king, he invited me to book off-site, offering me a discount. I was supposed to stay at this B&B tomorrow, but he recently sent me a message saying he couldn't accommodate me because the boiler broke, rerouting me to the B&B in Ferrazzano. In addition to the serious inconvenience caused less than 24 hours before my departure, I was surprised to note that the boiler is working both today and Sunday, given that the dates on the website are open for immediate booking. Be careful, as many owners with multiple properties play this aspect to fill up as much as possible.
