Great central location. The code for the gate and doors were a little tricky but once in you have a set of 4 keys to look after. The rooms are on the 4th floor accessed via a tiny lift so we used the stairs. There is a very nice reception with a lounge seating area and on the upper floor a communal dining area which has a free coffee machine (only available 08.30-10.30) plus a few pastries every morning. No breakfast is available but you are surrounded by restaurants and cafes and a very good sandwich shop is almost opposite plus a supermarket. Our room was split level with a spa bath tub by the entrance door. It looks good but it's impractical. It's too big for a bath and the shower sprays the floor if you're not careful. Also in October it gets too cold even with the heating on. The toilet is in a separate room. The balcony terrace was very welcome but it is accessible from the the dining area as we discovered when we heard someone outside our window one morning. It's nice and spacious and convenient. And the reception is manned in the morning and is very helpful.

Great location, clean, big, and comfortable rooms. The lady at the front desk is super friendly, she even made coffee for us in the morning. Please note that you should call to let her know your arrival hour. If you make your reservation through American Express Travel website, you might not get your email asking about the hour.

worst service ever I have never been treated so rudely by a hotel staff in my life. They should be reported for how they acted.

I really loved the woman on the reception who is bery friendly , kindheart and always share positive vibes by smiling and try to help always on every small issue. Breakfast was perfect, full of choice😍 . View from double room which we spend 1 night and balcony was very nice and inspiring to be in Verona again 😍😍😍
