Objective Facts: - On the first day of stay, the boat did not sail, and there was no refund. - On the second day of stay, We arrived at the accommodation, but it was very cold and the heater did not work. - Host tried to fix the heater, but The heater was not fixed and the host offered down-graded accommodation. There was no compensation for that. - It took about an 2 hours to fix the heater, so we missed dinner time. And host informed that the worker fixing the heater could come from Trapani next day. - I was asked if I wanted to change to the previously reserved room the next day, but I declined because it was inconvenient to move my luggage again. Personal experience: - I had a nightmare the entire time I stayed at the accommodation. - I'm really glad that my visit to the accommodation is over.

Great service, beautiful property and room . perfect location

We had an amazing stay at La Casa dell’Arancio. The rooms were comfortable, cozy and extremely spacious. The terrace at the top of the house was spectacular! Our host was very helpful and gave us advices on what to see and where to eat. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
