Great place for vacation with family

Overall, my experience staying at Hompton was very nice, it’s a bit far from Georgetown but can commute by Grab easily. The hotel also has vending machine and ATM booth, you will have mostly everything you need. The staffs are friendly and the service is very good, we’re happy staying here. Thank you

Very good hotel.. Room ok.. Breakfast ok.. Staff friendly, manager is good.. This is the 3rd time I have stayed and always choose this hotel when I go to Penang.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Complete facilities, very beautiful views and a quiet environment. I happened to get a room on the 32nd floor with a view like in this picture. The breakfast menu is varied and the restaurant is full of glass so you can have breakfast while enjoying the view. There is direct access to the beach and there is also street food in front of the hotel. For those who are concerned about halal food, please make sure by asking the seller directly/make sure there is a halal logo/information

I got a room upgrade because there was a problem with my room's AC. Very good service 👍

Repainting of the door leaf and frame does not reflect a star hotel. The bathroom glass has soap water stains.

Awesome experience, beach in the back & many varieties of food stalls at the front in the evening, friendly staff, also we got a room upgrade for 3 nights.

From the beginning of check in until check out all the staff are very friendly, helpful.. full of smiles... Especially the restaurant staff named Adel.. the breakfast is very delicious.. must have breakfast if you stay here.. Last night, dinner at the hotel, also assisted by Ms. Adel. the dinner is also delicious, the serving is also fast..

Love to stay here, I stay with my husband and daughter, also with my parents (and it is their first time in Penang). Hompton hotel has upgraded room for my booking in our first time in Hompton, so my parents really surprised and happy with the room in Hompton. Really big and very best view. The breakfast has various menu. All of staffs here also very responsive.
