Everything is good: the saltwater pool, friendly staff, but the hotel is far from the city center.

Too bad for a high-class hotel, unprofessional staff not friendly to customers. The room is ok, the view is ok, the service here is not good, should consider before booking.

The staff are very enthusiastic and cute The food at the restaurant is diverse and very tasty (the beef noodle soup is very delicious) My little family had a very complete and meaningful short vacation..❤️🤣

Beautiful campus, lots of cool, fresh trees. Delicious breakfast, many dishes to choose from. Friendly staff, large parking lot, security guards have sunshades for cars 👍 However, there are 3 things to note: - Cannot order grab/be to deliver food to Marina VT. - Bath towels are a bit old, so bring your own bath towels. - Room soundproofing is not good, you can hear the next room talking/turning on the TV.

Good service, clean rooms. Breakfast is ok although not very rich.

When checking out was a bit shaky and there was no response from the customer waiting (telling me to wait and resolve other cases without responding to me), I felt very uncomfortable. And I will consider another place for the next vacation. Most of my family's vacations have always chosen this place, but after the last time, I was not very satisfied.

The biggest plus is the swimming pool with both fresh and salt water, the restaurant has a beautiful and chill view of the sea, no different from the scenes in Korean movies on Jeju Island kkk The food is not too outstanding, the rooms are spacious but the equipment is old. No iron

My family really liked it, the restaurant served enthusiastically, the food was delicious and clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, just a bit far from the center, otherwise everything was great 💕. If I have the chance, I will come back.

Disappointed when booking here. The price is too high compared to the quality. No private beach, but the swimming pool is small. The breakfast buffet is not diverse. The cooking is not delicious. The campus does not have beautiful Tet decorations. The view of the gate and the small landscape in the reception room is good There are not many views to take pictures. Really disappointed. I did not think 5* would be so boring. The money spent is not worth it. Disgusting I do not know where the 5* level is based. The room is spacious, clean, the staff is cute and cheerful.
