Rude staff, very dirty room, smell,

The staff was not friendly at all, we made an appointment with the guys here at 11am, specifically there were 6 of us. 1 person arrived early to get a room so we just planned to go up there to put our things away and go eat right away, the other room had a check-in schedule of 2pm so we came back to check in later and did not request an early check-in, the hotel offered us an early check-in. When we first went up to the room and met the guys, we greeted and talked a bit loudly, so the receptionist immediately called us to remind us of their extremely bad attitude, after that we left and did not stay long. That was about the attitude issue, the room for 2 people was really cramped and the bed sheets were not clean. Please consider before booking.

At 11am we were just chatting but the receptionist was making a lot of noise. The room for 2 people was small and the blankets weren't clean. The water wasn't hot and the fridge wasn't plugged in and it smelled bad.

The room was dirty, I don't think I'll book again.

The hotel is dirty, both the blanket and pillow, the room smells bad. When I checked in, the bed had a lot of sand. I asked to change rooms, but they said all rooms are the same. Not worth the price. More like a motel.

I book a room for the family group to go to the wedding, the room is clean, compared to the price, everything is ok. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Many thanks

Rooms are clean, air-conditioners running well, toilets don't smell sewer.

I have a great time with my stay in this hotel. The staffs are kind and tried to communicate well. I felt secured and comfortable that I slept for 15 hours straight. The location is also near restaurants and various stores.
