Cheap but not cheap and comfortable close to UGM

Murah tapi tidak murahan serta nyaman dekat dengan UGM

The shower doesn't work properly, the cupboard is not clean enough, it smells of cockroaches, maybe the room needs to be renovated because there are peeling walls. The price during Eid is not very friendly, it almost triples.

Shower ga berfungsi baik, lemari kurang bersih, bau kecoa, mungkin perlu renov ruangan karena ada tembok yang terkelupas. Harganya pas lebaran-nya kurang bersahabat, hampir 3x lipat naiknya.

Staff nya sangat responsive. Kamarnya nyaman. Best deh.

Room lights do not recommend because the yellow color is not bright enough. Clean rooms, complete facilities, initially there was a gas leak problem.

Lampu kamar tidak recommend karena warna kuning kurang terang. Kamar bersih, fasilitas lengkap, awalnya ada masalah gas bocor.

The apartment is still new, the front is still under construction and the design of the room is very good and clean so it is very comfortable. The place is right next to the UGM campus.
