I was not allowed to enter even though I had paid and my money was not returned. Quite disappointed that in the application room 2 was empty. When I went there it was already full even though I had paid and asked for my money back but couldn't.

If possible, include a photo of the accommodation that is real or appropriate, because when I arrived the room did not match what was in the application, so please fix it so that it will be better in the future.

I highly recommend this accommodation. Very satisfying

Access to the location of the shop is quite far

The place is just beautiful and the atmosphere was just amazing and our hosts were like brother and sister, giving us an amazing experience and always concerned about our well being. Breakfast and other food too, was nice! We will definitely come back if we ever go to Lombok again. :)
