This hotel is not recommended with a price of around 500 thousand, but breakfast is delivered to the room like a budget hotel, the swimming pool is not maintained because the water is very dirty, I will not return to this hotel.

The staff was friendly, the service was good, but maybe because I stayed on a weekend and it was busy, it was a bit noisy at night in the next room.

The staff is friendly, the place is comfortable. The only minus is there is no telephone in the room.

Hotel bagus, bersih, cocok untuk keluarga yang ingin berwisata ke spot spot wisata yang ada di pusat kota. Sarapan lumayan enak. Karyawan hotel ramah, sayang seperti nya mereka agak ke capek an kalau tamu lagi full. Untuk kamar sebaik nya di sediakan dispencer kecil untuk yang "darurat" butuh minum air panas. Kan nggak mungkin air panas di ambil dari shower 😊. Suara tetangga sebelah kedengaran melalui stop kontak dan colokan listrik di dinding.

Nginap 2 hari di sini tisu toilet tidak disediakan, brangkas tidak ada pintu, kolam airya kotor, menunya tidak varian, nasi goreng aja, tidak ada pemanas air minum, tp untuk semua lumayan sih.

Menyenangkan sekali di sini di samping nyaman dan dekat kemana-mana, makanan nya enakk terutama bakwan nya enakk bangett jadi kangen makan bakwan lagi ni hihi. Thanks benhas hotel kami puas di sini karyawan nya baik dan ramah. Sukses selalu ya

In its profile, this hotel is a 3 star, but the facilities are minimal, not like the 3 star hotels I often stay at. The receptionist service is friendly, responsive and fast, the cleanliness of the rooms and surroundings is okay, cold and hot water is available, the swimming pool is not attractive for swimming, food/drinks are not available to order from the hotel, the breakfast menu is limited and the "chef" (mothers aged around 55 years old) to be taught etiquette towards guests who are going to breakfast, if you are not willing to make a menu outside the existing menu, such as half-boiled eggs/omelettes, just say it nicely & politely, don't grumble, it's not good for the guests to hear hotel having breakfast. Hotel managers should reprimand their chefs and be more selective in choosing their employees.

The hope is that the swimming pool will always be cleaned regularly and the springbad will be replaced with a softer one.
