This is my second stay here, and it looks like it'll be my last... I just arrived and was treated to this view from my room window. It was busy at the time, but that's no excuse for neglecting cleanliness. The next day's breakfast was also awful. I don't know, maybe salt, sugar, and chili peppers are expensive here, so it didn't taste anything. After checking out, I ended up going out for breakfast again. Thank you, I hope this is a lesson learned.
