I've stayed at the Radisson several times and have always been satisfied with the service. However, my last room was less than ideal. The bathroom was slightly flooded because the water didn't drain.

When I checked in at 5:00 PM, I requested an extra bed and paid Rp 550,000 in full. However, the extra bed wasn't provided until the next morning, so I ended up sleeping on a chair, which was very uncomfortable. The fee was refunded after I complained the next morning. Hopefully, things will improve.

Overall, it's okay... it's just that the room is expensive. 😀

A very enjoyable staycation

I staycation in Bandar Lampung every year. The Radisson is my top choice. I stayed here for a minimum of 2 nights, and yesterday, I stayed for a total of 4 nights. Unfortunately, this year I noticed a decline in quality, especially in the cleanliness of the rooms: dust on the furniture, and stains or mold on the bathroom floor with its glass partitions. Most importantly, the cleanliness of the pillows, bedcover, and recliner sofa. Please help, if they're stained, discolored, bumpy, and look black, replace them. This is especially true for the headboard. My son even refused to use the pillow, saying, "Dad, that pillow looks wet (black) and has spots. What are those?" The recliner sofa also made me shudder when I looked at it under the reading lamp. It was covered in stains. I think if I had it washed, it would have faded. I should have replaced the cover. I hope the Radisson makes improvements. And it remains my top choice for hotels in Bandar Lampung. Thank you.

The staff is helpful. The food is delicious and has a wide variety. I've been a regular guest every year when I visit Bandar Lampung and stay here.

Clean hotel, nice rooms, and direct mall access... overall, it was pleasant, but unfortunately, there's no dedicated parking for hotel guests, which made parking difficult during mall hours, and there was a slight miscommunication between reception and room service. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was my kid’s birthday that day, the FO staffs surprised us by bringing a cake and singing happy birthday while we were at the pool. We always stay here for our staycation.
