The staff was very nice, the facilities were good. The downside was the extremely long check-in and check-out times, which were due to queues of guests that could have been handled by other departments. The food on the buffet was only slightly tasty. When we ordered in-room dining, there was an animal in our food.

This is my second stay at the Radisson and it's always a pleasure. Delicious breakfast, clean rooms, and direct access to the mall.

The room was spacious. The smell of the hotel corridors was incredibly pleasant. The swimming pool was spacious and cool. It was open until 9:00 PM. Breakfast was varied.

It was nice and comfortable. It just happened to be a corner room, so the view from the window wasn't great, and there were hotel pillars inside the building that interfered with the room's size.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and they carried our luggage to our room. The room was spacious and comfortable with ample amenities. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

I've stayed at the Radisson several times and have always been satisfied with the service. However, my last room was less than ideal. The bathroom was slightly flooded because the water didn't drain.

When I checked in at 5:00 PM, I requested an extra bed and paid Rp 550,000 in full. However, the extra bed wasn't provided until the next morning, so I ended up sleeping on a chair, which was very uncomfortable. The fee was refunded after I complained the next morning. Hopefully, things will improve.

Overall, it's okay... it's just that the room is expensive. 😀
