Good for a short stay. Rooms were average size but well maintained. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had on my travels.

Exactly what we needed to stay near family. Food was very good, and staff helpful and friendly. Room was on the small sude but fine for our needs

The room was warm and cosy with everything you could want. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a very comfortable stay

The rooms are abit dated and could do with a refurb and tele in room we stayed in was very dated

Good breakfast

We weren’t warned there would be no breakfast on Christmas Day or Boxing Day - thank goodness we could go down the road to family! Our night was also very disturbed by other punters banging doors all the way up to 2am because of the Yale locks on the doors. It was fine, but it wasn’t an indulgent or restful Christmas break.

Lovely food at breakfast

Staff were great, food was good, but internet connection was poor. So working from my room was tricky and as I was travelling on business that wasn't ideal.

The room was absolutely fine for the price but it was a bit dated and could do with a bit of sprucing up. The main problem was that expectations were raised on Expedia in relation to the size of the rooms and the facilities within. This was disappointing
