Overall it's okay, but please pay attention to the room facilities. The AC in room 810 is leaking, there are also lots of ants.

When I checked in, I chose room 1, but there was no solution or anything, and the soap and tissue were not checked, and when I entered it, they were all empty, and it was quite dirty, not very clean. Had asked to move rooms, because the cigarette smell made me sick. As far as I could see, it seemed like other naughty guests who didn't follow the rules in the no-smoking area made it difficult for the hotel to remove the lingering cigarette smell. Other than that, the hotel staff were friendly, clean, affordable, easy to get to everywhere, safe car parking, good coffee, and good tiramisu. Thank you.

the location is strategic near Gubeng, near the mall, near the station ATM. I stayed from May 7 to May 10. payment from the Traveloka app only has the option of paying on the spot. but the admin number (via WhatsApp) can help with payments via transfer. All staff are quite friendly. There is a gym and swimming pool. in the pool area you can relax and drink coffee at the cafe above. in the lobby there is also a restaurant and cafe. the room I occupied was a big suze bed. with a TV and a safe deposit box. The choice of channels on the TV is not bad. the main problem is cleanliness and noise. I was in a room on the 11th floor. the sound of the neighbors in the next room was very clear, even though they were just sneezing. if your neighbors laugh and talk, their voices will be heard clearly. there is no cupboard or cupboard. maybe because it's a connecting room room? the sink is clean at first glance. but when you look again it is very dirty. the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very dusty, not to mention black mold, lots of insects. the room is very humid. even though I keep the fan on, it doesn't help circulation. maybe because of that the occupants, both me and the next room - always sneeze from time to time.

Strategic location near Gubeng station. Soft mattress and pillows. Overall comfortable, the only minus is when you want to make tea there is no spoon for stirring.
