The key can't be used back and forth, guests go up and down the lobby carrying the key, shared drinking water is limited, the room doesn't have a wardrobe, the receptionist smiles so expensively.

The room was quite small, with no closet. The bathroom lacked soap and shampoo. The AC was only cold. Mineral water wasn't free either. I had to refill it with a bottle that other guests probably used. That's not right. I booked yesterday and asked for a single bed, but when I checked in, I was given a twin bed. It was uncomfortable sleeping because the mattresses were small, and when they were pushed together, they often fell off.

This hotel's advantage is its strategic location. But overall, the stay was disappointing. The room was small, not soundproof, the shower leaked, and even the soap ran out without refills. The phone didn't work, the Wi-Fi was slow, parking was tight, and even the slightest stain on the sheets resulted in a hefty fine.

Clean, comfortable, close to the station, just needs some shower repair and the Wi-Fi doesn't connect.

I asked about a broken phone, but was redirected to the previous guest. The room wasn't clean, and trash was still in the trash can. There was no soap in the bathroom, and the towels weren't very clean.

When I want to use a hairdryer, I can't, and when I want to watch Netflix, it doesn't support Android TV yet.

Not up to the stars, not up to standard.

The elevator is quite smelly and the room had many dusts/food crumbs as soon as I entered it. It got to a point I switched rooms, yet the cleanliness remains poor.

The room wasn't soundproof. The bathroom was incredibly noisy. I couldn't sleep.

The hotel is very close to the station, mall, and city center. It's on the riverfront, offering a river view, and is also close to recreational areas. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious.

The service is quite friendly and excellent.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to public facilities, close to Gubeng station, close to SBY mall, the night view of SBY is really good, the hotel is clean, recommended.
