The room is quite clean, the AC is cold, there is internet, unfortunately the dining table is not stable when attached to the wall so I don't dare to use the table because I'm afraid it will fall, pressing the microwave to start it is a bit difficult so it can't always be used, I don't know what the problem is.

The rental conditions are very very impractical, there are also several complaints: There are used towels in the bathroom (used by other people). The sofa and mattress are quite dirty with lots of stains. The trash can provided in the room already has trash in it. The toothbrush is dirty and brownish. The deposit refund is max 7 days, very strange and unreasonable.

Good facilities in the apartment but it’s a small unit, the TV can’t be turned on at all in the unit.

Disappointed with the service, because I was accused of making a stain even though I didn't do it. The sink is not working properly.

Kurang puas karena saya tidak merasa membuat gelas pecah dan memang mug nya aja yang tidak kuat di dalem freezer sehingga retak-retak. Buktinya gelas ikea kuat di dalam freezer tidak retak kaya mug Apatel. Saya merasa dirugikan dengan ada nya ini. Ketidaksengajaan yang saya tidak tau dan memang gelasnya aja yang tidak kuat. Kenapa harus saya disalahkan?? Dengan dipotong deposit saya!!! Udah gitu AC nya panas bange. Tidak ada gorden di kamar, untung lantai 38 jadinya tidak keliatan orang! Pagi-pagi bangun silau matahari. Tidak recommended!

Old deposit return. The agent is not responsive. Agent response on the phone / on the long wa. Usually if you stay here. We waited in the lobby for hours to wait for the unit key. The deposit refund said after checking out, this hasn't been transferred.

The security guard was too arogant until my aunt was angry just wanted to take care of her grandchildren to swim from in the lobby to ask for IDs & in the swimming pool area to be followed like we were criminals really uncomfortable so finally my aunt was really angry & immediately changed clothes again even though only 5 minutes in the pool of small children take care of his grandchildren & go straight back away from the pdk bamboo east jakarta until more than an hour's journey to the apt only to make angry with all the security guards who arogant & do not understand people are gathering family events ... pdhl we gather there to celebrate their birthday and even then don't just visit. Not friendly & see people from your face.
