Having stayed here many times, this is the first time there has been a miscommunication regarding the difference in room types between the app and the hotel. Hopefully, the service from both parties can be better.

The bathroom glass sealant needs to be replaced because it's moldy. The towels need to be replaced. Don't use floor towels with torn edges. Check the bathroom drainage because there's a smell coming from it.
