basically everything is okay as a 5 star hotel does not disappoint except the food, on new year's eve the food was very unworthy of a 5 star hotel especially the grill was very hard not worth eating and the duck smelled fishy.... and this is usually a favorite food... sorry I criticized for your good in the future

Bringing a 4-5 years old child will be charged Rp 500.000 or $ 50 per child without any information before. Room without TV and the room is very hot during the day. Also the bathroom water flow is very slow.

I had a pleasant stay here. The view and atmosphere are amazing. Like the camping style. Staff are very friendly and polite. Food are tasty. The tent is quite hot, especially in the noon time. Overall a good experience and worth staying! Highly recommend!

The hotel's concept was great, the setting and maintenance were very good. The place was very clean, the bed and sheets were comfortable; The room and toilet were large. My kid found the place fun and exciting, especially the water slides. However, the tent gets really hot during the day, so air conditioning is a must. Perhaps adding a ceiling fan might help to cool the place down. Didn't like that the lagoon is a separate operator which requires separate immediate payment to use the facilities. That was a dampener when we couldn't sign into the rooms. The food was so-so and the service staff at the restaurant could have been more on the ball. We had to find seats for ourselves and ask for menus, etc.

If can add the air conditioner due to morning the sunshine come out, the room will very hot. And the toilet can install the exhaust fan to remove smell.

This accommodation is perfect for those of us who want to relax, quiet from noise and honeymoon.
