Good service and clean room

Good, the room is clean and comfortable.

Yesterday, I was in the new room, 107. When I arrived at night, the floor was dirty. There were still shoe marks on it. There was no bathroom mat. I had to ask for one.

The hotel near the airport has a pool but no elevator.

The room was dirty, the AC didn't work, the hot water was broken, the staff wasn't friendly at all, and the parking lot only fits 4 cars. I definitely don't recommend this place.

Unpleasant experience, the sound of the construction workers really disturbed my afternoon rest.

The hotel seems to be under renovation or rebuilt, wanting to rest but making noise with the machines, the other guests are also unpleasant, noisy so there is no privacy. Anyway, this is the last time I stayed there. The breakfast was terrible, gosh, it was still 8 o'clock and the food was almost empty, no more, the fruit was finished, the drinks were only water and coffee, no cereal and milk, the bread had no cheese. Waiting in the lobby when I wanted to check in, there were no seats, the room was hot with no AC even though it was in the city.

Just use tissue. If you have any, you have to use toilet tissue to wipe up after eating.

The staff in the pool area are not very friendly, but the room cleanliness is good.

The AC is no longer cold, that's the only drawback
