Dirty rooms, dirty toilets, please pay attention to cleanliness. The ac remote and tv were broken.

The hotel staff is less responsive, dirty towels get clamps.

We ordered 4 rooms, but the ones that were ready for 2 rooms finally canceled my stay there, asking for my money to be refunded because according to the place, I want to be revoked.

The bed smells, the item has stale blood stains, I think the bed linen has not been changed, maybe 2 times there, like that, the plan to take a break is not immediate, check-out is not comfortable, the Koplan used to say it was like that.

The room was not clean, the bed linen was dirty, the body was scratchy so the towels didn't smell like toothbrush. Parking is sometimes asked for money to pay.

The service is good. For the price with what is obtained is pretty good original because of the toilet bowl. TV channels are all very good amenities. It's just so dirty from the towel, sheets, sink. Moreover, the walls of all the rooms booked are full of blotches that do not know what they are. Too bad because the facilities are really good but the dirty is amazing. If cleanliness can be maintained, you can definitely get 5 stars.

I like the friendly and responsive service, it's just that the rooms are not clean, the sheets don't look like there has been a lipstick stain on the blanket but after asking to be replaced the officers immediately replace it, the location is quite strategic, also close to the center of souvenirs.
