The manager changes rooms and prices outside the application, and it turns out that they are used to it. Hopefully next time more careful and professional.

Okay first, the manager is actually good, but the male guard doesn't understand, his face is a bit cynical and his voice is very small. Second, the rooms are in accordance with the photos, spacious, quite clean. The AC is very cold. The bathroom heater works fine. The cleanliness of the bathroom is just so so. But one thing I dont really like is this one. We came at 12 to the hotel. Because according to the rules, check-in should be at 2, finally we chose to leave the goods at the fo and we stayed to look for lunch and others. Back to the homestay around 4 pm. Then we took our belongings to our room. Around 5 o'clock, I continued packing my stuff because at half past 6 pm I had to go to the station. When I packed the souvenirs, I realized that one of my bakpia is lost. Because I bought chocolate bakpia 2 cheese 1 and I'm quite detailed, so I remember very well before that in the cracker where my bakpia was there were 3 boxes of bakpia but suddenly there were only 2 of which the cheese disappeared. I don't know who took it, but yes, other visitors are playing and taking things that are placed in the front office. Please, we pay. It's very cheap indeed, but please honesty above all.

The rooms are spacious, the place is quiet, enjoy for Indonesian travelers.

AC not working. Even though it was set to 16 degrees, the bed was not comfortable.

Kamar bersih, luas, nyaman pelayanan ramah.

Saya kena carge untuk anak per orang 30 ribu padahal sudah tertera jelas di Traveloka tidak ada charge tambahan untuk anak. Dan saya booking juga sudah saya jelas kan tamu 6 orang dewasa 3 orang anak tapi pihak oyo bersih keras itu aturan dari oyo. Aturan seperti apa. Hotel juga terlalu banyak aturanpihak hotel rasanya juga bisa masuk se enaknya di waktu kita keluar buktinya lampu kamar dan ac lupa saya matikan tapi begitu balik hotel sudah mati semua. Kan ini privasi kita kalau ada barang yang hilang kita mau minta tanggung jawab ke siapa. Owner yang cerewet batas cek out juga di tentukan oyo padahal di Traveloka sudah jelas cek in jam 14.00 check out jam 12.00 tapi di majukan jam 10.30. Kalau masalah fasilitas ok sih tapi pelayanan jauh dari kata puas kata2nya sengak parkiran juga tidak ada.

Kamar luas, bersih. Bapak ibu nya juga ramah, menerima sampai tengah malam. Makasih.

The facilities are far above the price you pay, the rooms are big, clean, the staff is friendly, very friendly. I don't choose the wrong place to stay, maybe if you go to Jogja again, I don't think where I want to stay 😁
